Our review paper presenting the importance of glycosylation of FGF and FGFR proteins in signal transduction and cellular transport of these proteins has been published in the prestigious journal Cytokines and Growth Factor Reviews (Elsevier). In our paper, we comprehensively present that glycosylation is important at almost every stage of the “life cycle” of FGF and FGFR proteins, adding a new layer of information to the system of signal transduction from the outside of the cell to its interior.
