We have developed new HS and HSPG biosensor that specifically and with high affinity binds HS and HSPG, which are often overexpressed by distinct cancers, including highly deadly pancreatic cancer. Our HS and HSPG sensor has potential for future application in molecular diagnostics or drug delivery.
