We found that in leukemic cells combination of Fludarabine at a low concentration with 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D analog synergistically regulate expression of many innate immunity-related and differentiation-related genes, which is followed by changes in respective protein levels. We also found that in blasts from patients with myelodysplastic syndrome, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D analog induces myeloid differentiation. Our results were published in Cells journal (https://www.mdpi.com/2073-4409/14/23/1841?utm_source=researchgate.net&utm_medium=article). Subhradeep Haldar is the first author of the paper, congratulations !!!
